assess applications and manage the selection process

confirm eligibility (Glasgow East End-based artists only)

contact applicants about outcomes

promote selected artists (selected artists’ bios and statements may be published on our website)

We use legitimate interests as our lawful basis for processing.

We store your data securely in Google Drive/Forms. Data is accessible only to the organiser(s) and selection panel and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep application data for up to 3 years, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless required for legal or archival purposes.

Selected artist information (e.g. biography and statement) may be retained longer for project documentation and promotion.

You have rights under UK GDPR to access, correct or delete your data and to withdraw your application at any time.
